Sorry, Rock! by CompuRay Technologies

Sorry, Rock! has no accounts and collects very little. Here is everything it keeps and how to delete it.

Game progress (on your phone)

Your runs, gems, upgrades, checkpoints and settings are stored only on your device. To delete them, uninstall the game, or go to your phone's Settings → Apps → Sorry, Rock! → Storage → Clear storage. We never receive this data.

Purchase record (RevenueCat)

If you bought the full game, an anonymous record of that purchase is kept by our purchase-verification service, RevenueCat, so you can restore it. It contains the store's purchase receipt and a random ID, and no name, email or payment details.

To request deletion, email support@compuray.ca with the subject Data deletion request. Include your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA. and is in your purchase receipt email) or your App Store receipt details, so we can find the anonymous record.

What happens next

We delete the purchase record from RevenueCat within 30 days and confirm by email.
After deletion, Restore purchases can no longer find your purchase through our records. Buying again or contacting the store may be needed.
Google and Apple keep their own records of your purchase as required by law and their policies; we cannot delete those. You can manage them in your Google or Apple account.
